Headquartered in Wesley Chapel Florida, with origins dating to 1993. HR Benefits Group Corp. d/b/a Soriano Insurance is leading independent insurance intermediary.  The company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company” or “we”) provide a broad range of insurance products and services.

Soriano Insurance is a lean, decentralized, highly competitive, profit-oriented sales and service organization comprised of people of the highest integrity and quality, bound together by clearly defined goals and prideful relationships.

Rick Soriano, President & CEO;

Began his insurance career on August 16^th, 1985.  He’s the proud owner of HR Benefits Group Corp., dba Soriano Insurance formally known as Comprehensive Insurance Agency, providing Property and Casualty Insurance Services.

Rick is also a proud partner and owner of Zoroot Properties Corp.  A real state holding company.

Rick earned the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow designation in 1992, and currently continues to teach and moderate Insurance Agent / trainees through the American College Curriculum.

He is a business graduate of Jefferson University, and attended Kent State University for advance business studies in marketing.

He enjoys his hobbies of music, writing, art, and spending quality time with his family.

Company Structure:  Our business is comprised of 3 operating segments: the Retail, Brokerage and Service Segments.  The retail segment provides a broad range of insurance products and services to commercial, public entity, professional and individual customers.  Professional Programs, which provides professional liability and related package products for certain professionals; and Special Programs, which markets targeted products and services designated for specific industries, trade groups, public entities, and market niches. The Brokerage Segment markets and sells excess and surplus commercial insurance and reinsurance.  The Services Segment, provides clients with third-party claims administration guidance, consulting for the workers’ compensation insurance market, and comprehensive medical utilization management services in both workers’ compensation and all- lines liability arenas.
